Meet Our CEO
We were founded in early 2022 by our CEO and managing director Victoria Cottle, who most people know as Tori. Tori started this company after over 20 years of experience in the disability industry in varied roles.
At the beginning of covid like many of us Tori’s career goals changed, she started as a contractor for another company where she worked for just shy of 2 wonderful years gaining the experience she needed. Tori has sourced and trained a team of like-minded people that assist participants to maintain their independence as much as possible as well as build up people’s capacity in life and in managing NDIS.
Who We Are
Our team works very hard in assisting people to reach and maintain their NDIS goals while navigating the system and life in general. We assist with budgeting the funding allocated by NDIA and sourcing the right therapists and providers that meet the client’s needs and wants. When coming up with a business name
Tori wanted something that represented not only herself but what she believes she brings to her client’s lives, cos let’s not forget that even after a storm there’s a rainbow that brings us light joy, and the most important thing Bright Colour back into our lives.
